ABS Project - A Basic Circuit Desing to Convert ABS Ouput Signal

As we discussed before ABS sensor can provide us either 10mA or 5mA depending on tone wheel position. I am going to use this signal as an external interrupt trigger. So it needs to be converted 0-5V.

I have created below basic circuit to be able to convert ouput current to 0-5V range.  I have used LM741 Op-Amp as an comparing element to create comparsion. ABS signal will be routed over resistor. This will generate voltage in the node from 1.5V to 3.04V depending on output level. This voltage is compared with 2.5V.  If this comparison correct output will be 5V, if it is not it will be something really small. To filter this small leake voltage I used 3.3 zener diode.
